You must create an account to place orders or access provider dashboards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to verification and may be cancelled by the platform if prohibited items are detected. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store card details.

Provider Responsibilities

Providers must fulfil orders in accordance with local regulations, upload verifiable documentation, and maintain up‑to‑date certifications. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs on NeedsHub are owned by the platform or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

NeedsHub provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
